How does iDEAL work?

At the closing of your order, you indicate that you wish to pay with iDEAL. You will automatically be directed to your own bank site where the order payment details are ready for you. You will be asked by your bank to complete certain information and you then authorize the payment. The amount is directly debited from your checking account and Slowjuice.nl is informed that the order is paid.

If you choose to pay by credit card we ask you to enter the following information:

    • Credit card number
    • Expiry
    • CVV2 code (Verification Code)
    • Cardholder name

Once you have entered this information click on the button "Send" and your order will be sent to the Slowjuice.nl system. You'll see a confirmation of your order on our website and receive an email from Slowjuice.nl confirming your order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there a verification code?
The verification code (Card Validation Code) refers to the block with three digits in the signature panel on the back of the card.

This additional demand assures you that the card cannot be abused.These digits are never printed anywhere. The verification code provides certainty that the purchasing person is actually in possession of the card, and not just a card number or copies of it. Furthermore, the three digits are not stored in the magnetic strip of the card nor can they be found in the actual credit card number.

When will you credit card be charged?
After you have entered your information and clicked on the "Send" button, your information is verified and the amount immediately charged to your credit card account and transferred into the Slowjuice.nl account. The order is thus incorporated into the Slowjuice.nl system within a few minutes.

What information does Slowjuice.nl receive about your order?
Only the bank has access to your credit card details. During the transaction Multisafepay checks your credit card number, verification code and your address. Slowjuice.nl will then receive an electronic message from Multisafepay regarding the order execution. Slowjuice.nl receives the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Telephone
• Ordered Item(s)
