Collecting your order

Of course you may collect your order from Slowjuice.nl. Should you wish to do so please call us in advance to schedule an appointment.


Delivery

It is important to Slowjuice.nl that you receive your ordered product(s) quickly. Once payment is received, and an order confirmation is sent, the ordered products are delivered within 2 to 5 working days. These conditions apply provided Slowjuice.nl has the ordered product(s) in stock.


Stock

Our warehouse uses real-time tracking therefore for each product the current stock status is displayed

Shipping costs

Slowjuice.nl products are shipped by TNT Post.
Slowjuice.nl will ship your order immediately upon receipt of the full invoice amount, on our MultiSafepay or Rabo account (14.73.45.030, Slowjuice.nl in Naarden).

The shipping costs are as follows and are inclusive of VAT.
Netherlands parcels 0 to 10 kg. Insured € 7,50.
Netherlands parcels 10 to 29 kg. Insured € 9,50.

Shipping times refer to the number of days after receipt of payment and transmittal of the Slowjuice.nl order confirmation.
We would also like to emphasize that we are dependent on the TNT courier service.
Should Slowjuice.nl be aware of any possible shipment delay beyond our control before the actual shipment of your order, Slowjuice.nl will give you the option to cancel your order.


Not home?

Should you not be at home at the time of the first delivery attempt, a 2nd attempt to deliver will be made by TNT the next day. You will receive notification of this in your mailbox. Should the 2nd attempt at delivery also be unsuccessful you will be notified of the possibility that the parcel may be collected from the nearest post office within a 3 week period.
