Agreement
An agreement with you (the buyer) is concluded when you (the buyer), have ordered one or more products on this website from Slowjuice.nl and have received an order confirmation from Slowjuice.nl via email. The order confirmation is deemed to be received when accessible by you (the buyer).
Prices
All prices are in Euro and include sales tax (VAT).
All offers/images/prices are subject to type/scan errors and/or changes by the manufacturer.

Shipping
Products are shipped by TNT post.
Slowjuice.nl sends your order confirmation upon receipt of the full invoice amount on her MultiSafepay- or Rabo account 14.73.45.030, Slowjuice.nl in Naarden.
The shipping costs are as follows and are inclusive of VAT charged.
Netherlands parcels 0 to 10 kg., insured €7,50.
Netherlands parcels 10 to 29 kg., insured €9,50.
Shipping always takes place at the request of and risk of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
Upon receipt of payment and after the order confirmation has been sent by Slowjuice.nl, the ordered products will be delivered within 3 to 7 days. These delivery times are an indication only and should never be regarded as deadlines, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Slowjuice.nl however, will within reason, aspire to achieve the 3 to 7 day delivery term.
Returns/Refunds
In the Netherlands a statute approval period of 7 working days exists. Within this period you (the buyer) may return the ordered products without providing any reason. Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in the undamaged original packing. On receipt of the return shipment Slowjuice.nl will reimburse the purchase price of the product(s). Slowjuice.nl will transfer the reimbursement amount to the buyer's bank account within 7 days. The shipping and insurance costs for such return are for account of the buyer. Slowjuice.nl is never to be held liable for any damages to the product and/or packaging, incurred during the return shipment
Return Policy
Immediately after receiving the product the buyer is required to carefully inspect the product(s). Slowjuice.nl is responsible for the products supplied and the delivery thereof. If the product is not delivered according to the agreement Slowjuice.nl will, at their option, either deliver the missing part, or proceed to repair or replace the delivered product. Do you wish to rely on our guarantee, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, via email: info@slowjuice.nl. Slowjuice.nl will take your question, comment or complaint seriously.
Privacy
Slowjuice.nl will only use personal information for the implementation of the agreement concluded by you (the buyer) through the order. Your data may also be used without obligation to send you interesting information and/or offers. You may unsubscribe from this service. The personal information will never be made available to third parties.
